A gastronomic event at Le Montrachet : a 'four-handed' menu
Two chefs: one menu.
Because cooking is both a celebration and something to share, Le Montrachet has organised an encounter between two chefs and two styles. Three exceptional meals: a dinner on the 28th October, 2014 and a lunch and dinner on the 29th.
Chef Keisuke Matsushima accepted our invitation for an exceptional union between two culinary worlds, that of Luc, Chef at Le Montrachet, one of the most Burgundian tables amongst the starred restaurants, and that of Keisuke, the most Mediterranean of the Japanese chefs.
This encounter will be followed by a second event in February 2015 when Luc will go to Nice, to Keisuke's restaurant, Le Keisuke Matsushima, for 2 special meals.
